What I liked
I really enjoyed the performance by McAfee. Holding an audience for an hour and a half, all on your own is a challenge, and she executed with precision(no pun intended).
The violinist was terrific and added an eerie feel when appropriate.
What I didn't like
While I generally enjoyed the nuisance of the lighting design, there were moments where it pulled focus or worked against the story telling. Cool is the town hall and warm is memories? That seemed generally true, but then something different would happen. I’m being nitpicky but with a show as well produced you have to be if you are trying to give ideas on improvement.
My overall impression
Great performance by Hailey McAfee! The set was simple but effective. A commentary on gun reform (or lack thereof) in the USA.
