What I liked

Hailey is one of the most precise, specific actors I have watched on stage. You cannot take your eyes off her, and in this piece sometimes you want to. It’s visceral and gross and funny and heartbreaking and, gasp, but relatable. She immediately, from the moment she opens her mouth, tells us who she is. And we kind of love her for it. The most remarkable part about it for me, is that it was such a different character than, Effie in ‘Iphigenia in Splott.’ Such widely different experiences, which is such a testament to both Rosie and Hailey – different nuances, emotions, vibe, energy – they created a full on different PERSON, which is pretty remarkable. Kind of makes you think ‘so where’s broadway whats the deal?’ AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE!?!?!? WHAT IS HAPPENING?! WAKE UP LOS ANGELES THEATER. Do not miss this. Thank you love Meg.

What I didn't like

fuck off.

My overall impression

Hailey and Rosie have again proven themselves to be an impeccable, precise, bold, imaginative and highly specific team. This show is unlike anything I’ve ever seen – and I’ve seen a ton of both of these fabulous artists’ work. The light and sound designs done by Russell and Padra were brilliant and brought the story to life. Rosie is gifted at bringing out the best in her team and shaping the impulses into a cohesive, bold, one of a kind point of view – and she does that here in spades. It is a group of remarkable artists at the top of their game.
