What I liked

The music playing as the audience came in was enjoyable and appropriate for the genre. The show opens with a lovely portrayal of Groucho Marx. Then we get to Mr. Big. Brian Knudson was perfectly cast as a private eye, with strong stage presence and a great voice; his humor was effortless and grounded. Catherine Allison was a perfect co-star, playing multiple roles distinctly and hilariously and often with different accents. I especially admired her physical comedy! The story is clever and both actors are charming and played well off of one another. The blocking and physicality was terrific and the lighting worked really well for it all. Great costumes too. I really enjoyed this show!

What I didn't like

I just wish it were a little longer. I could have escaped into this world for a while!

My overall impression

An amusing, fun and smart piece with two charismatic actors!
