What I liked
The costume to be a Blues Brother is simple but he still deserves credit for committing.
The harmonica was cool, and he sang the songs just right.
Getting two audience members involved was a nice touch.
I should mention that I’ve never The Blues Brothers (my best friend coincidentally found that out last week and was shocked) so maybe I couldn’t fully appreciate this but I still enjoyed it.
What I didn't like
Some monologues in character and even expanded scenes with the woman would add to the show.
Of course, if Ian’s going to make the show longer like that and put that much effort into it, he has every right to charge for tickets.
IIRC this was free for everyone. Plus it’s only 25 minutes long. When someone’s asking for that little of your time and none of your money any entertainment is appreciated :)
My overall impression
Ian was having a lot of fun, and thus so did the audience!
