What I liked
This energetic performance may appear campy but this storyteller knows her stuff. Using a range of theatre styles from burlesque to Brecht, Farah crafts a journey for Fancy to arrive back to where she started, with herself.
What I didn't like
There is so much more Fancy for me to get to know. I felt a lot of backstory and character development here. The plot level writing could have continued for a whole series. Good job keeping it short for Fringe, now I want more Fancy!
My overall impression
Farah goes deep with Fancy’s facade to keep the audience happy and along for the ride.
