What I liked
I loved how she accurately portrayed her different family members. She was able to flip the switch and emulate Her mom so well with so much humor. And she came out swinging with funny jokes the instant she stepped on stage. She took us through a great journey, with her story of rags to riches. With a great happy ending to boot. I related to a lot of her struggles, and I enjoyed the ride from start to finish.
What I didn't like
No gripes. The only thing I would add in, (And I’ve since mentioned this to her) Is to see her put on the Shoe that was on stage during the show. I felt like that was the direction we were headed, And since Cinderella was mentioned so many times, I thought it would be fitting, (No Pun Intended). Other than that, beautiful story all around! Great Job Betsy! And great strength with your share!!!
My overall impression
Loved it. Betsy did an amazing job taking us into her past, and her world in general. It was intriguing to learn how she was raised, and all she had to overcome , and still overcome, in her adult years as well as in her youth.
