What I liked

I loved Betsy’s authenticity, humility, and emotionally charged performance, where she is both totally invested in the stories she is telling, AND is also connecting with the audience by breaking the fourth wall. Broke Bitch Got Rich could definitely be developed into a one-hour streaming comedy special. See the show and find out how this broke bitch – got rich!

My overall impression

Betsy has written a raw, moving, hilarious, and hopeful one woman show that reminds us that we don’t need to fit into a particular box, or even check all the boxes, to find love and be loved for who we are. In fact, we have to break out of the boxes that we have been forced into!
