What I liked

I came away with a scant, nascent awareness of early types/styles/characters of jazz music. It was instructive at so many levels: diversity, inclusiveness, black history, music history and more. I am awed.

What I didn't like

It worked as it was presented.

My overall impression

Perhaps Eve’s canvas is an antidote to the perverse notion of race in America being foisted on the US by the current regime, a mythical white male hegemony.
