What I liked
I enjoyed the actors chemistry and how they could make you want to giggle or cry in a matter of minutes.
I also appreciated the sound design and lighting designs role in the story, definitely helped distinguish timelines and tone.
What I didn't like
If the show gets to move forward I would love to see the evolution of Rays character play out. What happens after the institution? What is the institution? Does she have powers?
Also curious what it might look like if the audience becomes numbered as well.
My overall impression
An intimate, mysterious and intriguing story that centers sapphic love amid oppressive and at times confusing circumstances.
