What I liked
I thought the use of props and physical comedy was really interesting to watch! Every moved looked deliberate.
I also found the level of audience interactions really engaging and fun to participate in! That was super unique!! Meta humor was fun. Very creative weaving of sketches.
Peep managed to have an emotional moment that shows Peep’s versatility as a show and both had great energy and interesting movement!!! Such talent!
What I didn't like
I think maybe adding a scene at the top to explain the context around the fighting or some of the mechanics of the show (⏳part) would be helpful! Very fun things used during the show, just took me a second to get!
My overall impression
Peep feels like an interdisciplinary comedic piece, merging physical bits with improv, sketch, and audience interactive pieces. Mixed that in with a hint of gravitas, Peep is a unique show that is entertaining and plain old fun. Lots of fun and great dynamic with Pamela and Erik make Peep’s run time go by quick, even before you get a chance to buy merch.
