My overall impression
This is the story of two fathers, two sons, two hucksters, two shysters, and the epic tale that brought them all together. Mike Schlitt’s sardonic wit combined with an inspired, frenetic delivery, takes the audience on a fantastic journey from Biblical times to modern-day Hollywood, with unexpected, side-splitting detours along the way. Tying it all together is a beautiful and heartfelt father/son love letter. If you can only see one show at this year’s Fringe Festival, make it “Jesus Ride”!
