Minimal one person show. Even with this restriction, Watkinson showed out like a star.
She brought in just enough characters to make everyone in the room empathize with our victims of rape, their healing process, and a nation’s response to one woman’s life.
I’m so grateful to have seen this show.
What I didn't like
More people need to see it. That’s the only improvement I can imagine.
My overall impression
It was moving. It was what great art is supposed to be and more. It held a mirror up to society. It touched a part of me that needs to step up. That’s powerful work.
I’m throwing out a pair of my underwear because of Abi Watkinson in “5:45”.
She is so talented and behind her talent is an awesome human from what I’ve seen. Great work!
