Practically everything. I seriously advice people to read the program fully before or after the show to get the full context.
What I didn't like
I do wish that there was some way for the visuals and The Man to be more synchronized for the viewer’s eyes. Being overwhelming is the point, but I wonder if not being able to pay attention to Travyz’s performance at times lessens it.
My overall impression
This show is punk.
This is not a traditional fringe play. It doesn’t care if the music sounds good, if the visuals are too overwhelming, if you bother reading the program beforehand, or if it’s even an enjoyable experience. In fact, it’s more of a live music video AMV on the state of the world than a stage-play.
These are features. Not bugs. The anger, the anxiety, the atmosphere, and most of all, the message is front and center. We are at WORLD’S END.
