From the moment Reshma carefully descended the stairs, the audience braced in collective curiosity, unsure what we were about to witness. That uncertainty quickly gave way to nonstop laughter as she held the stage with unshakable confidence and total ease. The warped reprise of the opening song was an early stroke of brilliance — creepy, psychedelic, and perfectly suited to the strange, endearing character she created. Reshma’s crowd work is some of the warmest and most generous I’ve ever seen. Her simple line “Well, I have to be making my rounds” served as the perfect comedic severing of the most recent lifeline she’d extended into the room. This is almost a slow-motion, softened bouffon, trading barbs for a bid for connection via absurd, personalized snapshots and micro-discussions of our own humanity. It’s a masterclass in fun. Top of the Fringe!
What I didn't like
No notes. Sincere, absurd, and masterful from start to finish.
My overall impression
None of Your Business is a beautiful blend of absurdism, vulnerability, and genuine heart. Reshma commands the room with fearlessness and an open invitation for everyone to join together in the unknown. It’s a surreal, slow-motion bid for connection that feels both bizarre and deeply human. Give your imagination and your heart a lil treat and SEETHISSHOW!
