So much about this was a delight! If I had to pick a favorite joke it would probably be the long goodbye. The audience interaction to drive this was stellar. So immersive, but never too invasive.
What I didn't like
Everything was excellent. Here are ideas of other jokes to explore based on awkward party experiences: That feeling when you are stuck because you drove there with somebody, debating whether or not to pitch in for food or drinks, finishing your drink but still holding it as a prop, false promises to reach out to people afterward to hang out.
My overall impression
This was the hardest I have laughed in years. The discomfort that Reshma creates is profoundly relatable and the jokes do a terrific job replicating feeling like a wallflower at a party. For what seems like a heavily unscripted show there was a very clear arc and even some deep, emotional themes that had me near tears by the end. I LOVE and highly recommend this show!
