I enjoyed how Adam broke 4th wall and made everything feel so intimate and personal. I also enjoyed his use of original music and video projections.
What I didn't like
Attention to staging and and prop/costume placement could be cleaner for visual cleanliness and presentation.
My overall impression
Adam Macias’s Messy Ass was a beautiful, funny, honest look at his family’s complicated dynamic through a WWE lense. His relationship and love he shares about his father is relatable and complicated but filled with love. Excellent blend of comedy, storytelling, and confession. Highly Recommend
