What a great show. It's typical to approach the topic of addiction through comedy, but Adam's storytelling defies expectations and results in a really great, really relatable story. Through a combination of stand up style comedy, character work, and original songs, Adam shares his story not of the process of recovery, which is a common trap for these kinds of stories, but instead focuses on the aspects of his life that lead him both to addiction and recovery.
