A complete delight from start to finish, Mark blends a dizzying combination of clowning, crowd work, multimedia, self awareness, and a dose of depression/anxiety into a one man extravaganza. I don’t know how the man keeps topping himself year to year, but he really does. I especially appreciate the playfulness with which he engages the audience and some truly clever use of props. Whether it’s following him for the thrill of the hunt or the late night tent freakouts, I couldn’t help but be entirely swept away, not wanting the experience to end.
The ending will make you go — “wait, he pulled that off?!?!?” Truly, you must see. If you don’t, we can’t be friends, sorry.
What I didn't like
get a load of this guy, can’t even whittle good, what a joke
My overall impression
Look, man, if you haven’t hopped aboard the Mark Vigeant train by this point, what are you even doing with your life? Wildly entertaining and inventive, you are doing yourself an utter disservice if you don’t see this.
