What I liked
I enjoyed the acting immensely! Spencer did an amazing job with the layers of his performance and as you got into the background of his character his performance felt real. Callie’s performance was wonderful, charming and grounded. You can’t help but root for her character at first seeing her be the main support for her ex partner but as the play goes on you see her flaws and she plays them beautifully.
What I didn't like
The dance breaks took me by surprise but I didn’t hate them. I will say that maybe putting a small warning for the flashing lights may be good. I was worried about my friend who was with me and had had seizures. She was ok and told me that white lights are what triggers her seizures. It’s just a small suggestion that may not be important.
My overall impression
Wonderful show! Well written full of heart and humor! Both directing and acting were top notch. 10/10 play would come out and see again!
