Dog of Carnage

What I liked

When you have two characters with diametrically opposed intentions and the audience finds themselves agreeing with both of them at various times in the show, that’s a stellar writing job. And that’s why DOG OF CARNAGE is. A fast-paced, emotional torrent of relationship. The device of jumping back and forth in time is incredibly well done and helps the story unfold with deep surprises, never flagging in energy.

What I didn't like

I didn’t quite get some of the transitional choices, but that’s not about improvement so much as opinion.

My overall impression

Incredibly nuanced writing and terrific performances by both actors. Deftly directed.
