What I liked

I liked the overall narrative structure from beginning to end. Mia and Nick have good chemistry. Mia’s voice stands out as well in a good way, in its raw unfiltered vocal form. The dance numbers were pretty good as well, and the meta jokes were spot on.

What I didn't like

While the music was wonderful and moving, a few songs felt slightly longer than needed to achieve their emotional effect. Some songs were timed just right, but a few were just slightly longer and could potentially affect pace.

My overall impression

This show was sincere, real, and beautiful. To see an embodiment of codependency in such a unique way left an impact on me for sure.
