What I liked
Marcus’s storytelling skills! He’s eloquent, funny, insightful, self-deprecating, vulnerable and inspiring. Once again, I’m happy to say he filled the stage as he always does. I loved it!

My overall impression
Marcus has always been very charismatic but his serious brain injury made me wonder, like many, if his recovery would be strong enough to pull off an engaging solo show like I’ve seen in years past. The answer is a resounding YES! His recovery story was so moving, and I could tell he workshopped and spent time refining the script because the show was pretty tight. For me, instant standing ovation! Well done, Marcus, and I’m so happy you’re alive and well!
