Marcus takes us on a quite a journey from nearly losing his life only to actually find it, in the most unlikely way possible. Using humor and stellar storytelling ability, he really shows how sometimes what you think is the worst thing that can happen to you, can actually work in your favor. As someone who has recently survived a near death experience, I found it quite relatable. I’ll leave it at that so as not to give away any spoilers. But I highly recommend. Even if you haven’t been through anything like what Marcus has been through, there is plenty of insight to the human condition for all people.
What I didn't like
It would be wonderful to see this with a higher budget for more visual aids because I think Marcus would make great use of such things.
My overall impression
An unbelievable but true story told by a gifted storyteller.
