Take the Seventh Breath Twice

What I liked

I thought the characters were distinctive and credible. The story moved at a good pace, not overstaying its welcome, which is especially good when there isn’t an intermission. The plot’s pretty straightforward with two couples dealing with the same events in different ways.

What I didn't like

There’s a turn by one of the female characters towards the end that feels like from left field. The other female character spends the entire show trying to accomplish one thing really (although she has several things to do) and for no reason goes back on the one thing she was adamant on. Also, didn’t feel earned.

My overall impression

I enjoyed the play. Had the feel of a Quentin Tarantino film in play form.
