What I liked
The minute Slürt appears, you’re drawn into her quirky, otherworldly charm. Whether she’s silently chewing a cig or singing karaoke in her own language, Emily creates a playful, immersive world filled with warmth, humor, and creative surprises.
What I didn't like
I found myself hoping the experience wouldn’t end, I was longing for more karaoke, more awkward pauses, more chance to connect. That craving isn’t a flaw,it’s proof of how thoroughly she he had me hooked. But yes, more karaoke hah!
My overall impression
This is clowning elevated by heart. Slürt is silly and surreal yet deeply human. The blend of visual whimsy, emotional honesty, and audience connection feels rare and powerful. You exit laughing, teary, and oddly comforted, as if you’ve just met a friend from another planet. And that friend loves New York City.
