What I liked
Emily’s movements and presence on stage are masterful, spiritual. Her connection with the audience was executed with such ease and generosity. And the story was just so stupid and hilarious. Pretty amazing that she spoke gibberish the whole time and yet we all knew exactly what was going on. It speaks to the universal language and magic of clown work. This is truly clown at its best!
What I didn't like
Nada. A fully realized and well executed show!
My overall impression
Emily Maverick is a creature to behold and we should all be grateful she was put on this earth to create Slürt… What a gloriously great, silly and spectacular adventure this show was! A FRINGE MUST SEE!
