My overall impression
Had a commercial plaza project that needed city council approval but they couldn’t visualize our proposal from architectural drawings. Created a video presentation using services from https://www.genense.com/services/3d-architectural-animation/ showing people walking through retail spaces, cars moving in parking areas, and how the building looks during day and night. Council members understood traffic flow and community impact much better after seeing the animation. Got approval in one meeting instead of multiple revisions. Animation also helped pre-lease retail units to tenants who could see their future storefronts clearly
