Several pertinent issues portrayed in vignettes through powerful and emotional performances. The diverse cast were able to blend humor into heavy topics on current issues, making each story its own while keeping the thread very much present throughout its entirety. I recommend checking this one out.... full review

An amazing showcase of art imitating life, as we see how current events affect the lives of Americans and immigrants alike. Laugh-out-loud funny at times, with moments that tug at your heartstrings for how close to home it feels. A tear-jerker for sure, but I never felt so supported and seen. It felt good to be in a real room (and not online) filled with other people who shared the same thoughts, feelings, and dissent on the regime as me.This was a wonderful feat accomplished in the face of real adversity. This show is highly recommended! ... full review

The show was created in response to the administration threatening to pull funding for fringe if they didn't restrict race and gender based shows, and so this was written 2 weeks beforehand in response to spite them. I fully get behind that and support that decision, but I think this show falls into the ambition trap that all artists fall into, where it tries to do too much and gets bogged down in its own weight. I think some people might find something to enjoy in this production, as parts really did shine, it's unfortunate they were few and far between for me personally. ... full review
