What I liked
I liked the concept, set decoration, and the acting was well done.
What I didn't like
I understand the 30 minute format of the Fringe event but I wish the play could have been longer!
My overall impression
Thought provoking content with witty and clever dialogue that travels across the futuristic stage at warp speed. Solo’s compact, 30 minute Sci-Fi comedy provides biting LGBTQ+ commentary about the fragile state of the patriarchy and it’s all out assault against any societal attempt to mess with the preservation of the status quo. I encourage you to “Boldly go where no one has gone before” and enjoy the voyage with Solo with an open mind. It is in this space, that you’ll catch a glimpse of the final frontier, the future, and explore whether the notion of true “equality without exception” can ultimately exist anywhere in the galaxy.
