Nancy Sadler floats in an unknown realm, through memories and across time, searching for the song that will guide her into the afterlife. She unexpectedly encounters her daughter, Sam, which causes their realities to become intertwined and risk Sam being stuck in a dying consciousness.
Desperate for answers and a way out, Sam uses the chance to try and learn more about her mother, in her final moments. Little does she know this adventure will take her to a forgotten love, dance her across musical numbers, float her into the fairy kingdom of her youth, and finally force her to face her true abilities. Family is never simple, and this one happens to hold a lot of secrets and unfinished truths.
Directed by Carly Jibson, this production challenges the characters to confront their past while weaving humor into moments of loss and connection. The cast also features Melissa Berglund, along with ensemble members who take on multiple roles, enhancing the storytelling experience. Written and produced by Daniel Sliwa, as well as assistant directed by Alyssa Swann, with choregraphy by Lee Lim and musical renditions by Laura Wiley.
