What I liked

I love the way it plays with the concept of time and how for one character, the timeline is linear, while for the other it is not, but they are still able to form a bond despite the constraints of time and space. “Your memories are my future,” is a line that encapsulates it so beautifully.

What I didn't like

Because the timeline is hard to figure out, the timing of each scene needs to be almost flawless, which is impossible, but practice could probably help muscle memory. But then because it’s not perfect, it also helps the audience feels displaced so either way it works. It’s disorienting, but in the best way possible, because it transmits to the audience the concept of time travel.

My overall impression

A love story that develops accross time, before the world ends. What can be more romantic than that? It is love after all, that makes us human, and even as human existence is under threat due to global warming and never-ending wars, love is what remains. A timely love story for our dark times.
