I loved that the show centered around women and the desire or non desire to have children, the freedom (or lack of ) to decide about this and the many complexities that come with having children or not having them! Also, the expression on stage of women’s inner monologues and also the experience of a unique situation being revealed onstage. It was intelligent, mature and funny! The writing was fantastic. Jessica is so talented!
Also, I love the Hudson Theater. It is always a joy seeing a show there.
What I didn't like
I’m not sure if anything needs to be improved.
My overall impression
I LOVED this show. The play was so instrospective and important from the point of view of a woman in her 50’s. It was heartfelt and FUNNY. The cast was brilliant. I was fortunate enough to see the play in its beginning stages years ago and it has developed into a beautiful piece. Well done, Jessica and cast!!
