What I liked
I liked the overall cutting of the script as well as the direction – I think Colleen created strong and clean blocking and brought some incredible performances all over from her cast. The pacing of the comedy of the show was very well done, it made for a great show from beginning to end.
What I didn't like
It just wasn’t possible with the time allotted, but I always want more Touchstone and Audrey, they are my favorite of the whole play haha – but just a personal preference!
My overall impression
The cut of this show still tells the plot perfectly while allowing plenty of laughs and just enough time for us to feel like each couple earns their endings, even our Fools! With a double cast, the cast on the night that I saw was incredible all around, with a notably strong performance from Alfredo Melita as Orlando. If you like Shakespeare’s Comedies, you can’t miss this one!
