Great use of the space. Set does a good job of creating the scene with minimal furniture. The rapidfire actor entrances and exists and use of lighting felt like a classic Scooby Doo episode at times (in a great way).
What I didn't like
The scene where the flashlight was being turned off and on got a little hard to follow, especially when I could not see the small lens of the flashlight from my seat in the audience. Which is totally understandable given you can’t have a flashlight project darkness but perhaps the effect could be heightened by using a bigger flashlight or adjusting the stage lights while the flashlight is toggling off and on
My overall impression
Laugh Out Loud worthy writing and physical comedy! I initially thought the conceit of the play would lose its charm after 5 minutes but the actors played so well off of it and each other that I was enraptured for the full runtime.
