Annie’s style of humor is a blend of bravado and self-mockery. It’s bold, ridiculous, and brilliantly sharp.
What elevates the show is her unexpected ability to pull the rug out emotionally. What stands out the most is a moment of raw vulnerability delivered with perfectly timed tears on command gave the show a poignant edge.
What I didn't like
I would love to see the show be hosted again at the Fringe
My overall impression
Annie Laurie Daniel’s International Party Girl is an unfiltered, hilariously self-aware glimpse of the glitter-soaked highs and emotional hangovers of life as a globe-trotting DJ.
