What I liked
I really enjoyed this show! I loved how the creator (Faye Yan) captured the hoops immigrants often need to jump through, as well as making us think about what it is like to grow up in a very strict environment and feeling like an outsider for not being “like everyone else”. Faye gives a charming performance and when she talks about being a school girl in China…very thought and emotion provoking. Go check out her show!
