What I liked
Anne is a rockstar and someone who you immediately root for! She brought such a joy and light to her performance. I loved how the projections were a silent scene partner, commenting on the action and highlighting themes.
The band was killer! Especially the drummer! Anne’s vocals were fierce especially on the song “Gray Area”. Great music, I was dancing in my seat! She kept things moving with ease and was just fun to watch!
What I didn't like
Nothing really, just maybe fix the issues with the body mic, there were times where she’d start singing and it would feel like the body mic was too low. Other than that, great show from a great performer! Go see this show!
My overall impression
A fun poignant evening about how women from a young age are conditioned through entertainment, ROM COMS/FAIRY TALES, specifically to accept unrealistic ideas about love and relationships.
