What I liked

The story and its hilarious tone! And l also want to point out that the multimedia (mainly art stills) really captured the story, and added extra humor and depth to certain key moments! So well done! You’ll be entertained and moved!

My overall impression

What a hilarious premise: go through an Ayahuasca ceremony so that you can get through your father of the bride speech at your daughter’s wedding ceremony! Larry’s story while filled with humor reaches some very heartfelt and moving moments. I especially loved his spiritual awakening and light bulb movement that the 108 versions of woman are really one and that one woman can have all these aspects! In his spiritual journey he is able to see his daughter as empowered, mature and capable and ready for him to give her away! He longs for love himself and in taking this journey he finds he can both “give away” his daughter and find true love himself. It will have you tearing up at certain movements!
