What I liked
Ivette Viñas’ portrayal of the International icon, Marlene Dietrich, was the star of the production; reflective, sad, funny, poignant. I thoroughly enjoyed Ivette’s singing, which was authentically Marlene in style and vocal intonation.
What I didn't like
I thought it all worked very well.
My overall impression
A wonderful and in depth look inside the personal life of one of Hollywood’s most legendary performers, Marlene Dietrich. I have seen the premise before in other solo shows about real people where they are speaking to an unseen biographer to move the story forward, but it worked very well in Queen Of The World.
