What I liked
The artistry of the puppets is masterful. Not only did the puppet both act, and look very real the puppeteers did an amazing job of bringing these creatures to life. I was so impressed by the non stop energy and athleticism the performers had. I had an absolute blast. The soundscape and music was also beautiful.
What I didn't like
Nothing! In fact I’d love to see it in bigger venues, with larger and more puppets! I think the potential for this show is endless. Bringing this show to schools or aquariums would be so cool, to help educate audience on these beautiful sea creatures. In the preshow, it was mentioned that these creatures all have indigenous names and stories that go along with folklore, which I would have loved to hear more of if anything! Well done!
My overall impression
A must see! Add this to your fringe line up now! This is something truly special and beautiful. A much needed change of pace from most fringe shows.
