What I liked
The lighting design was lovely and the craftsmanship on the puppets was exceptional. I enjoyed learning a bit about the history of puppets and how they used to be for adults. The meet and greet afterward is a great idea and tactile-friendly for those who learn best in that way.
What I didn't like
I might have enjoyed the performance sitting further back into the audience. I was in the front row and so was very aware of the puppeteer which took me out of the puppet world at times. I’d also like the narrative stretched longer than 15 minutes but that might just be me selfishly wanting more puppet time.
My overall impression
Immersive and beautiful. This is a piece of theatre anyone could enjoy.
