Seamus has such great stage presence and timing – it’s a fine line he balances between the sardonic, camp and clown. He does so with such nuance and charm, it’s stunning. Plus, the writing is smart and funny. My favorite line in the whole piece (if I don’t butcher it) was “Nobody dies and wants to be in the audience.” Chefs kiss.
What I didn't like
This doesn’t bother me at all, but I didn’t see a warning for smoke/smog effects. I’m only bringing that up because my wife has bad asthma and we look for those warnings in advance. Otherwise, I loved the effect!
My overall impression
A dark, absurd, hilarious and twisted journey with Nancy!
