What I liked
Caroline is so engaging and clever. Her improv skills are second to none. I liked the story she told, the way she told it, the way we were hanging on to her every word.
What I didn't like
The charades took a while because of unskilled audience members, so maybe that bit can be reworked in a way where even if it’s taking long we’re still laughing.
My overall impression
RUN, DON’T WALK!!! to this night to remember. Plot twists, audience participation, damn fine glizzys and pain in your cheeks from smiling is what you can reasonably expect from a night with Shaylene Woodley. If you think Amy Poehler or Tina Fey are funny, Caroline Cummings is the one to watch. Her satirical take on the fragile American Capitalist ego in this carefully crafted one-woman show is refreshing and on-the-nose. BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!!!!
