What I liked
The CEO and presidential nominee are standout! Truly superb feminist take on ridiculous tropes that feel all too familiar. Her physical comedy cannot be ignored—when the female protagonist is avoiding death and her leg is caught by a Lion—gorgeous physical comedy.
What I didn't like
Truly—I was kind of blown away how well crafted it was while also having SO much room for the unknown with the crowd work. Emily seamlessly played with what she prepared while giving room for the unexpected. Bravo!!!
My overall impression
A pointed and unabashedly bold clown performance that tackles the impossible tropes women face. Her clever writing and sharp comedic skills sore and draw you in and out of your seat (quite literally in some case) as she skillfully takes the audience on a raucous and captivating ride. The show goes by in a blink and leaves you wanting to relive it all over again. HIGHLY recommend this Spectacular show!! She is one to watch!!
