What I liked

I loved the narrators and how they gave the show a Stanely Parable vibe. I loved all the jokes that ran throughout the play. I loved the shadow puppetry scenes, when the wolf kept punching Jack I was laughing my ass off. Every actor was so committed to their roles which kept my attention so well in addition to set design and the efficient costume work. It really felt like a work of love and appreciation for cliches and video games. Even though there were many cliches, I was never bored by them. they used rhythm breaks really well and I found that I was enraptured the entire time.

What I didn't like

I couldn’t hear the narrators at some moments and wished I could hear them better but my overall experience was not tarnished by this! I also wish that they were covered more by the set when they were doing the shadow puppet work because I could see them a little bit I was still astonished by the usage of props in this scene and it also did not take away much at all from my experience.

My overall impression

Hilarious, wonderfully constructed, I was laughing with the audience the entire time. Amazing set and scenes, actors committed 10000% and made every moment of the show so special and funny. Loved the video game hero arch vibe.
