It was original, inventive, hilarious, smart and most importantly, fun. I liked that Woody could handle anything the audience gave him, and made even the most unfunny, uninspired audience member participation moment hilarious. Also really loved the song callback at the end. Genius!
What I didn't like
He could perform is every day for the rest of his life so everyone could see it.
My overall impression
FUNFUNFUNFUNFUNFUNFUNFUN in a whip-smart, hilarious package! I felt lucky to witness Woody Fu’s comic genius in this incredibly original, inventive and laugh-until-you-cry performance. I now know what it must have felt like to see “Oh, Mary” off broadway and feel like you’re discovering the next big thing. It was amazing to watch Woody flex his nimble improv skills, as well as give a master class in physical comedy, on top of all great jokes and solid scripting that are the backbone to the show. Woody is a lean, mean funny machine. Run don’t walk to see this show if you get the chance…that includes you, Keanu Reeves!
