Xander's Follies

What I liked

The quality of the acting, music and writing was as good as anything I’ve seen on Broadway (and better than many Broadway shows I have seen.)

What I didn't like

These were short shows and left me wanting to see more- which is a positive show business cliche!

My overall impression

These four short musicals were all fantastic. The performers were outstanding as was the music. In particular, the fourth show, Winter Again, written by Xander Ambrose and Blaire Battle, was an incredibly tight, at times humorous yet ultimately heartbreaking story. UCLA should be very proud of the young professionals they have trained and who combined to make this top notch show.
