This show is an embarrassment of riches, likely because of Michael Shaw Fishers reputation of pushing boundaries and exploring difficult terrain. I cannot boast loud enough about this ensemble of actors. They glide through this story making you feel it every minute along the way. Rebecca Larson slithers through this story so masterfully you don’t realize you’ve fallen for her trap till much too late. Her devilish husband, Richardson Cisneros-Jones is horrifyingly convincing as a master manipulator, he legit made me squirm in my seat. Leigh Wulff gives us the cold perspective of impossible choices, she draws you in with honey and then holds you tight through her nightmare journey. Schoen Hodges pings around the stage, pulled in every direction like a puppet that is being manipulated because he has heart.
This production is lush, textured and a deep commentary on what we do for love, or money, or love?
What I didn't like
I’m good.
My overall impression
An absolute roller coaster of a show. A clever script in the hands of fantastic technicians! This show is dripping with temptation and left me and my partner having a rousing post show discussion.
