Richardson almost stole the show as the smug rich a-hole. Almost. Despite his booming voice and piercing glare, he was fortunately surrounded by juggernaut talent. Who can forget girl-next store Leigh dropping into her reluctant groove as the real “party” was about to go down? Or Rebecca’s sultry, scheming glamour puss? Or Schoen’s guileless, straight-shooting heteronormativity? The dynamics that played out were so much fun! I also loved the lighting design near the end and the rabbit metaphor tying it all together.
What I didn't like
Muffle Richardson’s voice just a tad. Kidding.
My overall impression
Fisher strikes Fringe gold once again! This fun, twisted, absurd dramedy got me all hopped up. The only thing missing was audience participation. Just GO!
