Dan continued to impress me throughout his entire show – the range of emotions I experienced kept me on my toes. I laughed (a lot), I cried (unexpectedly) and I just wanted to jam along with him during his catchy guitar breakouts. I was rooting for this good ol’ Dad every step of the way with all his must-have Dad jokes and hilariously timed props/costumes (what’s he gonna pull out next?!). A must-see.

Nothin’!
My overall impression
What stood out for me was the endearing honesty and vulnerability that Dan brought to the stage, with the perfectly-balanced silliness. It’s rare to see a genuine portrayal of fatherhood, it just felt refreshing and real. The storytelling was incredibly heartfelt, and I loved experiencing Dan’s journey with him. I just wanted to give him a big Dad-sized hug at the end.
